EMERGENCY BRAKING REQUIREMENT - The U.S. Department of Transportation (NHTSA) announced plans to update safety rules and reduce vehicle and pedestrian crashes. Starting in 2029, car manufacturers must make automatic emergency braking standard in vehicles.
