COLLEGE DECISION DAY - Today is National College Decision Day - the deadline for many high school seniors to decide where they plan to attend school. However, this year many families are having to make that important decision without knowing if they can afford it. According to the latest data, only about 33% of high school seniors around the country completed a FAFSA application so far this year. This week, a spokesperson for the Department of Education announced they are making every effort to get high school seniors to apply for FAFSA, including reaching out to 700 superintendents nationwide for support.
